Multi-functional Integration:
By simply replacing the tooling, the machine can produce different bag types (center spout bags, corner spout bags, special shaped bags, etc.) and accommodate various spouts on a single unit—eliminating the need for purchasing new equipment.

Built-in Semi-finished Product Inspection:
The machine is equipped with semi-finished product inspection function. After the photoelectric switch detects the failed sleeving of spouts and bags, it will perform automatic sorting and reject defective products to achieve finished product quality control.

Diagnostic Doctor" Function:
When encountering machine malfunctions, operator errors, or insufficient supplies of spouts/bags, the "Diagnostic Doctor" function displays detailed issues directly on the screen. This enables immediate identification and efficient resolution of problems, minimizing downtime.

Vision System(Optional):
The machine offers an optional vision system that captures images via industrial cameras to inspect welding quality. It detects defects such as bag curling, edge misalignment, etc., automatically records the issues, and rejects defective products. This feature realizes cost reduction, quality assurance, and efficiency improvement.

A Thai client specializing in the production of small-spout cosmetic bags faced production challenges including small bag specifications, special-shaped designs, and small spout sizes. Conventional equipment struggled to achieve precise adaptation and suffered from limited efficiency.

To address this predicament, the client purchased our NCA300SJ automatic bag-making and spout-welding machine. Equipped with a customized integrated solution of in-line bag making, die-cutting, and automatic spout application, the machine not only perfectly meets the spout application requirements for small-size, special-shaped bags and small spout but also supports a two-cavity production mode with a production speed of up to 70 units per minute. While ensuring product quality, it significantly improves production efficiency, fully satisfying the client’s demand for large-scale production of small-spout cosmetic bags.
