A: Pls share your pouch sample, we will introduce the suitable model and send the offer later.

A: If with machines in stocked, which need 30-40days;
If without machines in stocked, will be about 60-80days.

Q5: How about the machine warranty period and service?
* Under the normal operation, the guarantee time of the machine is one year.
* The seller can arrange engineers to buyer’s factory for installation & running-test of the machine freely, but the buyer should be charged of the engineers’ round-trip transportation tickets and board and lodging cost during the engineers stay in the buyer’s place.

A: We have service team and will responsible for all the quality problems.
