A medical industry client in Tianjin specializes in the production of medical gas collection bags. During cooperation, they faced core pain points: they needed to implement a finished product degassing function to reduce residual gas inside the bags, while requiring in-line capping operations to ensure the nozzle area meets hygiene standards and eliminate contamination risks.

To precisely address this demand, the client purchased our NCA1604D-90 Spout automatic sealing machine. Equipped with a customized in-line bag clamping and degassing device, it efficiently removes excess gas from the bags to meet low-residue requirements. Combined with an automatic in-line capping device, the entire process is fully automated without manual intervention, fundamentally guaranteeing the hygiene and safety of the nozzle area. The machine fully complies with the stringent production standards for medical products, helping the client achieve compliant and efficient mass production of gas collection bags.
