Hector Beverages is an Indian food and beverage company, best known as the parent company of the popular Paper Boat brand, which offers traditional Indian drinks and snacks in ready-to-drink formats, focusing on nostalgic flavors like Aam Panna, Jaljeera, and Aam Ras, alongside other ethnic beverages. Founded in 2009, the company aims to revive traditional Indian flavors, expanding from energy drinks like Tzinga to ethnic beverages and snacks, serving customers globally from its Bengaluru headquarters.  

Before using NCA machines, the client relied on hundreds of manual welding nozzle machines for spout welding, with a slow speed of 10-15 pieces per minute and requiring extensive manual labor. The welding quality of the products was not guaranteed, with issues such as sealing leakage. Additionally, the need to insert spouts by hand meant hygiene could not be ensured. Therefore, starting from 2022, the client placed large orders for our NCA1604A/NCA1604D fully automatic welding nozzle machines. Boasting a high speed of 90 pieces per minute, each machine only requires one operator, significantly saving labor costs. Equipped with a full-machine protective cover, the machine's operating surface is entirely made of stainless steel, complying with food hygiene standards. The spout and bag junction undergoes multiple sealing processes, completely solving the problems of poor sealing appearance and sealing leakage, while greatly improving delivery speed and product quality.

mpressed by the significant efficiency improvement, quality upgrade, and hygiene compliance brought by the NCA1604A/NCA1604D fully automatic welding nozzle machines, the client highly recognized the equipment performance. Following the initial purchase, the client successively placed additional orders, accumulating a total of 35 welding nozzle machines of this series, which were deployed on the production lines of their 8 factories. These machines not only operate stably and continuously, effectively supporting the client's large-scale production needs, but also have become the client's trusted core production equipment due to their consistent high-quality output and low failure rate. The client clearly stated that the NCA series welding nozzle machines are a key driver for them to increase production capacity and ensure product quality, and the cooperative relationship between both parties has been continuously deepened through long-term mutual trust.
