A Thai client engaged in the production of small-spout cosmetic bags faced production challenges during manufacturing: small bag specifications, special-shaped bag designs, and small spout sizes. Conventional equipment struggled to achieve precise adaptation and suffered from limited efficiency. To address this challenge, the client purchased our NCA300SJ welding nozzle machine. With a customized integrated solution of on-line bag making, die-cutting and automatic spout adding, the machine not only perfectly meets the spout installation requirements for small-sized special-shaped bags and small spouts but also realizes a two-cavity production mode with a production speed of up to 70 pieces per minute. While ensuring product quality, it significantly improves production efficiency, fully satisfying the client's demand for large-scale production of small-spout cosmetic bags.

Our NCA300SJ model has accurately overcome the client's production pain points related to small-sized special-shaped small-spout bags, fundamentally solving the problems of poor adaptability and low efficiency of conventional equipment. After the equipment was put into production, the client's production efficiency increased by nearly 3 times compared with before, and the product qualification rate remained stable above 99.5%, completely breaking the production capacity bottleneck. The stable performance, efficient production capacity, and precise adaptation of the customized solution have earned our welding nozzle machine high recognition and trust from the Thai client.
